Your purchase of the AI Influencer Program includes a 30-day conditional guarantee.

To qualify for a full refund, you must complete all of the following within 30 days of your original purchase date (The 30-day period begins on the date of the initial payment, not the date of final installment):

- Complete at least 60% of the course materials

- Create your AI Influencer as instructed

- Connect at least one affiliate product or monetization method

- Create at least one dedicated social media account

- Publish a minimum of ten (10) pieces of content that materially implement the hook framework, AI persona positioning strategy, call-to-action structure, and monetization methodology taught inside the program.

All refund requests must include verifiable proof of completion of the above requirements, including but not limited to:

- Screenshots of analytics for each of the ten (10) content pieces

- Screenshot of profile bio displaying monetization method

- Evidence that affiliate links are functional and publicly accessible

- Confirmation of modules completed, including implementation modules

Failure to complete the required action steps does not qualify for a refund.

Refund eligibility requires reasonable and good-faith implementation effort. Superficial or minimal execution primarily intended to qualify for a refund does not satisfy program requirements.

COMPANY reserves the right to request additional reasonable evidence to verify completion.

Implementation Standards

For avoidance of doubt, the numerical requirements listed above must reflect genuine, good-faith implementation of the frameworks taught inside the program.

Content created solely to satisfy the numerical minimum (including but not limited to basic image uploads, generic captions, template-only posts, or superficial execution without strategic structure) does not qualify.

To be eligible for refund consideration, submitted content must demonstrate:

- Use of hook-based structure as taught

- Clear AI influencer positioning

- Visible monetization method integration

- Strategic call-to-action implementation

Korsby Consulting LLC reserves sole and reasonable discretion to determine whether submitted work reflects substantive implementation of the program methodology.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible.

If eligibility requirements are met and verified, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

If you select a payment plan:

- You agree to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with the agreed terms.

- Cancelling future payments does not cancel your contractual obligation.

- Access to the program is conditional upon your account remaining in good standing.

- If a scheduled payment fails, is cancelled, or is disputed, access to the program may be suspended or terminated.

- If a refund request is denied and payment obligations are not fulfilled, access to the program will be revoked.

Refund eligibility is governed strictly by the conditions outlined above.

Due to the digital nature of our products, access to program materials is granted immediately upon purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that immediate access constitutes partial performance of the agreement.

Refunds will not be granted for:

- Failure to implement the program

- Lack of time or commitment

- Change of personal circumstances

- Dissatisfaction without completion of required steps

Initiating a chargeback without first requesting a refund in accordance with this policy constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in:

- Immediate account suspension

- Submission of evidence to the payment processor

- Recovery of associated fees
